We ship Canada wide. Our products can be sent via
courier,
freight,
or air.
Lead Time:
At Technistrut we pride ourselves on quality service with a quick turnaround time. For standard products our
typical lead time is around 2-3 weeks. For some non-standard products we may need a little more time. If this
is the case, we will communicate with you any change in lead times. Depending on the mode of delivery you have
chosen this can also impact the lead time for customers to receive their product – again, any delays will be
communicated.
Order Tracking:
Orders that are sent via courier, air, or freight can request a tracking number be sent for visibility
purposes.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight or size of the items that you are ordering. These are not
included in the checkout price on the website. Once an order or RFQ is submitted we will provide a shipping
cost estimate.

We work with a variety of shipping partners in an effort to be able to service any business. Whether you’re
off the beaten path or in a bustling city we aim to get you what you need.
